PROJECT PROCESSING

Processing time varies on projects.  Custom items take 2-3 weeks to create and ship. When we have a consultation, a timeline will be discussed and agreed upon. (Shipping time does not include weekends or holidays)

PACKAGING

We commit to ensuring that all items are packaged in a way that limits damage, including bubble wrap, packing peanuts, additional boxes for stability, etc. We are eco-friendly and may reuse and recycle sturdy boxes to ship your item unless otherwise specified.

SHIPPING

All shipping costs will be discussed and agreed upon before the start of your project.  Unless otherwise agreed, all items will be shipped via UPS or FedEx with a tracking number.

The customer and expected date determine shipment speed (overnight, priority, ground, etc.).  Once shipping details are agreed upon, they will be documented and confirmed in writing to ensure both parties understand.  Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be included in the final invoice. 

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping information; this includes sharing business hours for receiving shipments.

COURIER SERVICES AND RESPONSIBILITY

Once the item is handed over to the courier, it is out of our control. We provide tracking information for all shipments. You will receive the tracking number via email or text once the item is shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Any issues with shipping, including delays, damages, or loss, must be addressed directly with the courier service. We are not responsible for any problems during transit, including but not limited to packaging or item damage, missed deadlines for delivery, or missing/lost items.

 

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final.  Each item is custom-created especially for you. 

If you receive items with an error, please contact us within five business days. 

If the items are created to the specifications agreed upon in written communication, it is at the customer’s expense to correct them. 

If it is an error on our part, we will correct the error at our cost.
