At Designs by Amanda Kate, every piece is handmade to order in Springfield, Massachusetts. We take pride in getting every detail right, and if something goes wrong, we'll work with you to fix it.

Our Final Sale Policy

Because our items are custom, personalized, and made to order, and for sanitation reasons, all sales are final.

We can't accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Custom or personalized items (names, colors, logos, designs)

• Wearable items such as hats, hair accessories, jewelry, and apparel

• Opened DIY bling kits, rhinestones, or supplies

• Change of mind, wrong size ordered, or color differences from screen to screen

• Please check your order details (spelling, colors, sizes, and quantities) before you submit.

• Once production starts, we can't make changes.

When We'll Make It Right

We'll gladly offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit if:

• You received the wrong item.

• It doesn't match what you ordered.

• There's an error on our end. For example, a misspelled name or the wrong colors that weren't in your order.

• The item has a defect.

• There's a flaw in our craftsmanship when it arrives.

How to Report an Issue

Contact us within 5 business days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and the issue

• A short description of the problem.

We'll reply within 2–3 business days with next steps.

Please don't send anything back until we approve it.

Return Shipping

If we approve an exchange and the issue was our mistake, we'll cover return shipping.

For any other approved exchanges, the customer pays return shipping. Items must be sent back unused and in their original packaging.

Damage or Loss in Transit: Every order is carefully inspected and packed by hand before it leaves our studio. Once a package is with the carrier, we can't control how it's handled, so we're not responsible for damage, loss, or delays in transit.

If your package arrives damaged, please:

• Take photos of the box and the item right away

• Contact us within 5 business days.

• We'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

We recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout for extra protection.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as production hasn't started.

After that, custom orders can't be canceled.

Processing time is how long it takes to make and pack your order before it ships. It doesn't include the carrier's delivery time.

We count business days only (Monday–Friday), not weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number.
